Starting in 2014, the SAWDC has partnered annually with KHQ and WorkSource to offer Spokane's largest Job Fair, which takes place each May at the Spokane Convention Center. Employers who attend range across many industries, and job opportunities span from entry-level to professional. WorkSource offers prep sessions for both employers and job seekers to help all attendees have the best possible experience. We hope you'll join us!

2018 Fair - May 24, 11:00 AM-2:00 PM Spokane Convention Center

Please note, employer registration has closed, and the event is full. To be added to the waitlist, please email admin@wdcspokane.com.

Job Seekers - Prepare for Success!

1. Make a Plan

113 area employers from a wide variety of industries are coming to meet you! Research which employers are coming to the fair and make your plan about who you'd like to talk to ahead of time. Click here for a comprehensive list of employers with job openings, minimum requirements, and websites.

The list is organized by industry, but booths will be arranged roughly alphabetically at the fair. Maps and guides will be handed out at the event so you can find your way to the employers you want to talk to.

Please note that there may be some last-minute changes due to cancellations and filling from a waitlist, so be flexible and have fun!

2. Be Interview Ready

Some employers offer same-day interviews and even hire on the spot! So make sure to bring an updated résumé and dress for success.  Need help with your résumé or interview skills? WorkSource can help! Give them a call at (509) 532-3120

3. What to Expect

The job fair will be held in Ballrooms 100ABC at the Spokane Convention Center, at 334 W Spokane Falls Blvd. The event is free, but any parking costs must be covered by attendees. Click here to see a map of the event and two of the closest parking garages.

The Spokane Public Library will be on-site at the event with their mobile computer lab so that you can print résumés and apply to jobs right from the fair. There are also on-site interview rooms, and some of our employers offer interviews on the spot! So make sure to dress in professional clothing as you would for a job interview.

Food and beverages will be available for purchase in the lobby outside the job fair ballrooms.

This event is wheelchair accessible and Veteran friendly. ASL interpreters will also be available at the event. If you need an interpreter, any of the WorkSource staff in the dark blue polo shirts can assist you.
