Through WorkSource Spokane, we offer a comprehensive suite of services to assist employers with their recruiting and hiring needs. Most of these services are tax revenue funded and provided to employers at no additional cost.

  • Free listing on state wide job seeker website www.worksourcewa.com
  • Anonymous or identified

Candidate Sourcing
  • Creating qualified candidate pools based on employer’s specific requirements
ACT WorkKeys® Job Profiling
  • Job analysis to determine which foundational skills are necessary and what levels are required.
  • The experience of thousands of companies and organizations has demonstrated that the significant reductions in turnover, new employee training costs, and safety issues have generated very high Returns on Investment (ROI’s).
Assessment Testing (WorkKeys®)
  • Testing applicants for specific foundational and talent skills
  • Use of these assessment tests, particularly when coupled with Job Profiling, has resulted in significant reductions in turnover, training costs, and safety issues as well as other benefits which lead to a substantial ROI.
Behavioral Interviewing Workshop
  • Training for hiring managers enabling them to significantly enhance the effectiveness of their selection processes.
  • This is a formal program based upon the pioneering work of Dr. Paul Green
On-the-Job Training (OJT)
